BROKERS REMARKS: This yacht is in very nice condition, it is completely fitted out for blue water cruising and ready for a new adventure. Her owner has kept her in excellent condition and she has benefited from a recent refit. Loaded with generator, air conditioning, water maker, chart-plotter, radar, flat-screen TV&DVD, hard-top with 900W of solar panels, genaker with sock and much more. US import duty paid. Will be bottom painted last week of May 2014 so the new owner just has to bring groceries and can leave.
